New Milestone – Peekaboo!

April 22, 2011 by geekmummy 7 Comments

I don’t know if it’s that I’m more aware of the milestones second time around, or if they’re more noticeable in the geekson than they were in the geekdaughter. Maybe it’s that I know I won’t be having any more children, and so I’m taking the time to enjoy each stage this time around, rather than just wanting to get onto the next thing.

Whatever the reason, when the geekson started playing peekaboo on the change mat last week, I had to film it! It’s lovely to see him start to play, and to enjoy playing. I hope this video makes you smile as much as it makes me smile 🙂

Aww I loved it when Alex learnt to do this. Now he’s more interested in sitting up on the mat and stealing the sudocrem or pulling all the baby wipes out… not fun for me!

Not sure whether mummy is helping David play a game or David is humouring mummy! Which is what makes it cuter!

Thats brilliant. What a cutie. I definately took the time to appreciate milestones more with baby 2 thinking she would be my last, and I appreciate them with baby 3 even more so 🙂

Thanks for the tot100 video by the way, I learned a lot! Now I just need to make my blog look as good as yours. x

Very cute! I remember Miss P learning to play peekaboo, I used to spend hours playing it with her until she’d be the one to get fed up of it!

      Thank you. I think so too, but it’s possible I’m a little biased… 😉
