I think he’s brave. He sat there whilst I pulled my car up next to him, wound the window down and took several pictures. In fact I got bored before he did, and drove off to park, leaving him there!
When I lived in the countryside I never saw a fox… Ever. But the moment I moved to Leicester and lived by the city centre I would see at least 2 a day! Infect there was a family opposite where I lived and got to see the cubs grow up, was actually rather educational cos I always wondered what they do differently to country living foxes.
Crikey! We have a fox who lives close by and can often be found in our back garden, it’s quite scary to see him strolling around so boldly especially after the mailings of children a while back.
Nice photo
I saw presumably the same one a couple of weeks before this picture was taken, running through the same car park one afternoon, carrying what looked like a dead cat in its mouth. It seems he’s very bold!

Well blimey O’Reilly! There’s something you don’t see everyday!
Karin
Indeed – thankfully I managed to get a few pictures before he sauntered off. Not what I was expecting to see in a car park at 9am!!
Wow, that’s one brave or very confused fox. You were so clever to get that on camera at the right moment!

Wow – that is amazing! What a bold fox. x
He was unbelievably bold – that picture was taken by my car which I pulled up alongside him, engine still running!
Doesn’t seem to have a care.
He really didn’t!
Think I’d be quite scared to approach it. Nicely captured!
I was inside my car at the time, so felt pretty brave
Foxy Laydee
Great photo, well done for being so quick with the camera.
Love foxes.
I love foxes too, and was really pleased to get this one on camera
New car park attendant?
I wouldn’t double park with him sitting there, I tell you!
Gotta be the best SS I’ve seen in a while. So random. Who would have expected something like that?!!
He certainly took me by surprise!
wow what a bold Mr Fox, great shot
Very bold – he just sat there whilst I drove up beside him and took several pictures!
Whuuuuuuuut? Just sitting there in broad daylight???
Yup, just sitting there, bold as brass – in fact he was having a wash when I first pulled up next to him!
It reminds me of the advert -’well it’s good but it’s not a hen’!
I wonder what he’s thinking!
No idea. He seemed very calm
Brilliant! How random!
completely!
What did you do?? xx
Stayed in my car, and parked a long way away from him!

Nice to see the one you met posed for you
He was very kind to do that for me

Nice photo
I was taken aback to see him out in the broad daylight!
Wow – great photo. It pays to always have a camera to hand – doesn’t it?
Definitely – I’m so grateful for my iPhone camera
Wow! How bold! x
Very!
Oh stunning! He looks brave doesn’t he!
Very – there was no scaring him off!
He was a brave one – don’t see that everyday x
Certainly not
Oh wow, great photo right time and place
Rule 1 of taking a great photo – stand in the right place (or in this case drive your car to the right place!)
Photos you wouldn’t expect to see #1
Great shot
thank you
We see a lot of them around here, it’s a shame their homes have pretty much been destroyed x
omg just noticed the letters F-O-X on numberplate… spooky
Wow – I hadn’t spotted that either! Well done sharp eyes!
Wow wow WOW! Now there is something you rarely see. What a great capture Ruth
I thought it was a little unusual, very pleased it came out well
There are foxes round here, but I’ve never seen one a) sitting still or b) hanging around in a carpark.
Very impressed!
