No, not at all, which surprised me! His first taste of ice lolly, and he wouldn’t touch it until I spoon fed it to him!

Well, the first crime I committed was making *him* wear his sister’s cast-off bib, so people think he’s a girl! And then, to add insult to injury, I gave him his first ice lolly!

I wouldn’t mind, but it was an ice lolly! Who cries at an ice lolly? He kept trying to bite it, but it was obviously too cold for him, poor sausage. I ended up spoon feeding it to him!

Oh no, what happened? Was it too cold for him? Poor little mite
geekmummy says:
January 19, 2012 at 10:27 pm (UTC 0 )
Yes – he was desperately trying to bite it, and I think it was too cold on his teeth! In the end I broke little bits off with a spoon for him, which he thought was much better

Thankfully it’s a pretty unusual face for this one, which is why I took the picture – we were all quite taken aback by his reaction!

I think he really wanted to eat the lolly, but couldn’t get the hang of licking it. So he kept trying to bit it, and I think that was frustration at not being able to eat it!

No, poor little man. He couldn’t bit the lolly. I helped him out by spoon feeding it to him, and that cheered him up
